Eagleson Properties manages a large residential and strata portfolio. Kat Eagleson was struggling to hire for a role that had become increasingly complicated
: the person who held the systems together, in a business whose picture lived across people, inboxes and a long-standing Monday.com setup. Instead of finding a unicorn, we simplified the role and moved the operation into Jira Service Management: about 3,000 linked records, with every incoming email landing in one place. Maintenance runs there live, and an automation filters out the email that is not a request before anyone reads it. All of it built alongside a live operation rather than pausing one.
