Eagleson Properties: one version of the truth for the whole team
Eagleson Properties manages a large residential and strata portfolio. Kat Eagleson was struggling to hire for a role that had become increasingly complicated, in a business whose picture lived across people, inboxes and an old project board. We simplified the role and moved the operation into Jira Service Management: about 3,000 linked records, with every incoming email landing in one place. Maintenance runs there live, and an automation filters out the email that is not a request before anyone reads it. The team and the owners they answer to can see where things stand. The work is ongoing and still evolving with them.
