## Who we work with

Operations-heavy businesses whose work has outgrown their tools. Usually there is no in-house tech lead, or one stretched thin, and a founder or CEO with a plan they can't build alone. Our deepest work is in property management, with Eagleson Properties. People who don't have time for a six-week discovery phase, and who want to see something working before they sign a longer engagement.

Tools we've shipped are in use at:

- Two Vancouver architecture firms Vancouver: Arch Convert, built with architects at two firms. 232 people used it in 2026 through September.

- Eagleson Properties Ltd. Vancouver: residential and strata management. Moved off Monday.com into Jira Service Management, about 3,000 linked records, with maintenance running there live. Built alongside a live business. Ongoing.

## Open source

We publish the reference data behind our tools. [conversion-tables](https://github.com/Fluxcotech/conversion-tables) is an MIT-licensed dataset of exact unit conversion factors, architectural and engineering drawing scale factors, and fractional inch tables, as JSON and CSV. Every constant is derived from its legal definition rather than copied, and each table records whether it is exact or conventional. It is the data underneath [Arch Convert](https://convert.fluxcotech.com/), free for anyone to use.
